Cancellation Policy


Before Shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Simply go to [Your Orders] and select "Cancel Order."


After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item.



Refund Process


If your cancellation is successful, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within [7] business days.


If you used Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed as store credit or to your bank account (if applicable).
